My house needs an electrical re-fresh. I've been told the wiring is ok, but I need more / moved sockets and updated switch plates along the following: Master bedroom: - Install a light fitting (to be supplied by me) - New light switch plates - New plug socket Spare bedroom: - Move current socket closer to the skirting board, replace with a double socket - Add an additional new double socket. Ideally with as minimal disruption to the wall as possible (there is access to the ceiling) - New light switch Hallway: -New light switch Lounge: - Replace existing single sockets with double - Provide advice on adding more to the lounge (providing the powerboard and wiring can handle more, and depending on the cost) - Replace light switch plates Kitchen: - Remove an old switch (which I think used to connect an old extractor fan) - Remove old landline port - Replace double socket with 4-point socket Bathroom: - Install double socket - I'd like advice on the best place to do this where it would be safe from water. - Replace light switch
