Install outdoor hanging lights

Hi, I want an electrician to install some outdoor lights for me. I want to get about 30m of hanging LED lights, and as far as I can work out, this would involve: 1. connecting the lights to the house, either hard wired or by installing an outdoor plug 2. connecting the switch in the house to another switch at the other end of the path, by running a long wire 3. potentially linking multiple light sets together, or adding lengths of wire to get them to the appropriate length. 4. either sourcing the lights, or giving me some advice about whether the ones I've found will be suitable for the job.
