Lighting - Replace existing hallway downlights with enclosed led fittings (3) - Replace existing lounge downlights (dimmable) with enclosed led fittings (4) - Replace existing bathroom downlights with enclosed led fittings (3) Network - Cable (wan): Add outlet for connection to cable (move to another room) - Run network cable from cable modem to router - Run network cable from router to outlets (connect 1, provision for more) Misc (optional) - Test/Fix/tidy up exposed electrical cable coming from roof to outlet - Replace front room batten holder with new or downlight (1) Notes - All electrical is in the ceiling - Believe it to be easier to run network beneath house
