A few odd jobs

We have a few odd jobs that would probably take half a day to complete. We have a couple of outdoor lights that need installing, a new towel rail installed and another socket point installed. We also have a couple of repairs firstly the doorbell doesn't work and the extractor system works but makes a clunking sound when turning on and off and it no longer rises (its a model that rises up from the bench top). Finally can you check the garden lighting system as some lights work and others don't.
