Home Ethernet and TV cabling

Looking for someone to design and then install a home cabling system for Ethernet and tv distribution. From lounge to two rooms for tv, and Ethernet from central cupboard to four rooms. Ethernet to be used for internet in study and around house to extend wifi coverage to the extremities. Looking for nice patch panel in cupboard to enable change in use of the cables if required, which might mean two cables to each outlet. We use apple products so looking also how we can distribute music and video in future. Hopefully cabling will allow that. With tv happy to send that over Ethernet too if that's easier. House is 1900's wooden with easy access in roof and pretty good access underfloor
