Electrical maintenance and fittings upgrade

We have the following electrical jobs we'd like a quote on: - Our burglar alarm is playing up - we have had to remove the fuse to stop it going off (the alarm is 20 years old). We've replaced the battery but this was not at fault (see photos 1-3) - We are looking to see how much it will cost to replace our internal ceiling lights with LED fittings and associated lights as follows (see photos 4 & 5): - 14cm @ 8- Need to extend the cut out to 160mm - 9.5cm tilt @ 6 (all are on dimmers)- - 8cm @ 10 (3 are on dimmers)- need to extend the cut out to 92 mm - 7cm @ 2 - we are looking to replace our ensuite light fitting current fitting 600mm, replacement likely to be 900mm wide (see photo 6). - added; we are also looking to replace our outside sensor light with an LED option. - looking for quote to cover all fittings and bulbs except for the ensuite.
