Current bathroom extractor fan makes a lot of noise but doesn't appear to extract anything. So it probably needs replacing with a higher powered fan. The current fan turns on/off when the light is switched on/off. The bathroom is about 2.5m by 1.6m, with a little laundry nook behind some doors. I'm happy to supply the fan myself. Would prefer the job was done within the next couple of weeks.
