Option A: Includes all labour, materials (including Light fittings) and certification costs needed to complete the works described below in a tradesman like manner. 1. Disconnect, remove and dispose of 4 x recessed incandescent downlight fittings in Hallway 2. Supply, wire and install 4 x 90mm 13W LED downlights 3. Disconnect, remove and dispose of 2 x 3 bar incandescent spotlight fittings from Kitchen 4. Supply, wire and install 2 x 2 bar incandescent spotlight fittings 5. Disconnect, remove and dispose of 2 x 3 pan incandescent spotlight fittings from Lounge 6. Supply, wire and install 2 x 3 pan incandescent spotlight fittings 7. Disconnect, remove and dispose of 1 x 3 pan incandescent spotlight fittings from Lounge 8. Supply, wire and install 1 x 30cm Frosted Wall Oyster Light fitting 9. Disconnect broken heated towel rail in Bathroom, cap off wiring with blank plate 10. Disconnect, remove and dispose of bathroom fan heater in Bathroom, cap off wiring with blank plate Option B: Includes all labour, materials (customer supply light fittings) and certification costs needed to complete the works described above in a tradesman like manner.
