security lights and installation of OWL

The security lights in our backyard have stopped working, the bulbs have not blown so it must be the unit ( installed a few years a go). Also need an OWL centameter installed and set and I would like a handheld vacuum cleaner thing installed, We are located in Wilton Wellington and would prefer to meet with someone at the beginning or end of the day.
