Replacing broken bathroom extractor fan

I have an old manrose 150mm wall bathroom extractor fan which I think the motor is broken as it makes a very loud noise when I turn it on so I don't use it. I was thinking of just buying a new one, but would need someone to take out the old one and put the new one in. I was thinking of getting a "Thru Wall Fan Kit Standard 150mm White Fascia" $164 from mitre 10 as it looks like an exact replacement.
