We need the following things done: 1. Advise and install a kitchen cooking air extraction solution for the downstairs flat 2. Installation of heated towel rail in downstairs bathroom 3. Install movement light or switch at carport 4. Check lights – (currently with PAR38s) to see if the fittings work: upstairs balcony and back of house upstairs.
