Misc domestic electrical work

We have a three small jobs in our house: - There are two circuits for outside lights - we would like to make these one circuit. We may want to change one of the outside lights - depending on the additional cost. - We have a small Zip boiler that provides hot water to the kitchen, When it's heating up, and the dishwasher is on, and another appliance is on (e.g. jug), the circuit breaker pops. I think a separate circuit is needed for (maybe) the hot water. - The kitchen hot water boiler thermostat plays up - sometimes not turning on the heater, leaving no hot water. This work will need to be completed by 14 July if at all possible. Thanks
