Laying a cable

Looking for a company/person who can deal with laying a data/network cable outside the house. What I want is to lay CAT6 (for outside!) cable from a room <-> balcony <-(~40-45m air)-> garage, most important (and that is a problem?) cause there a power cable. We will talk if you are interested in.
