Extractor-in-bathroom project

I need an extractor fan installed in my bathroom. All the walls in the bathroom are concrete so it will need to go out the window. There is already an extractor fan in the ceiling but I don't think this is working well and I don't think it's a good idea to extract water to the ceiling. I could be wrong! I'd need the technician to buy the extractor fan and the ducting - if needed - and install it.
