Move the Fuseboard

I am looking for a quote to move and replace the fuse board in my house from the current one which looks like the attached picture, to a modern one, higher on the wall. I'd like the new fuseboard to sit on the wall above the doorframe you can see on the left of the picture - so I can extend the doorframe underneath the fuseboard. The current fuseboard swings out on hinges so it is easy access to the wires behind - which should have enough length in them to reach the higher placement. I'd also be keen for a quote on installing new lights and ventilation, plus a heated towel rail as part of a bathroom renovation. Please let me know if you need any further information.
