Minor Upstairs electrical repairs - could lead to more work later in the year

I have a city fringe villa that was rewired in the late 1980s. I am looking for four things to be done please: 1. Put a shade on the bathroom ceiling light 2. and 3. Put a shade on a bedroom ceiling light (and in the same room, replace a plug - the current one is old fashioned and hanging a bit loose since the painters came) 4. Investigate and fix the master bedroom ceiling light which does not go even although the lightbulb has been replaced.
