4 old ceiling pendant lights to be removed and replaced with new.

Four new ceiling pendant light fittings required to be installed. The cables are the old, two-wire variety (no Earth/Ground wire). The light fitting by the front entrance is on a high, sloped ceiling so a large ladder would be required; see attached photos. There is also a photo of the new lampshades and fittings we have purchased. The old light fittings would need to be removed first. I require a Licenced Electrician to do the work. If interested in the job can you please advise an approximate costing and how soon you are available? Can you supply a Certificate of Compliance once the work is done? Thanks.
