Buried cables tracing

HI there, we bought a house with a large section approximately year ago and there are some electrical cables (3 wires, flat) coming from ground/conduit around the house. There are - 2x approximately 30m from the house - 1x approximately 5m from the house - 2x just next to the house I believe they were supposed to be setup for lights, gate opener and who knows what. We simply need someone with decent with a tool to find buried electrical cables where one side is available. I'd expect with the right tool you'll be done in 1 hr but I might be wrong.
