seperate power meter for granny flat

I have a house with a granny flat currently on the same property and they have one power bill would love to get a quote to seperate the granny flat so they can have two seperate electricity bills. I realise there is a bit of work in it but we would like to get it done as I am a landlord and each tenancy should have seperate power. The place is on the flat on the waterfront opposite Baleana Bay.
