Bathroom extractor fan is not working properly i.e. quiet hum off motor but not extracting. I'll need an electrician to diagnose the problem and fix it. Is located in the roof and has a tubular pipe connected to each side of slim white fan unit. Tubes fastened by cable ties. One tube goes to bathroom, other goes out to the roof edge.
