Remove or add powerpoint

The first photo is power switch which comes with phone jack. Chorus told me that this is illegal for safety reason. I wanted a VDSL and chorus check the phone jacks around house. I want it separated or just completely remove it, I don't need phone anyway. If separate, can make it look like other for the sake of consistency. Licenced sparky only
