Install plug sockets and spot lights

We want to install more plug sockets in a number of rooms and move some existing sockets. It's approx 12 double sockets altogether (half to move and half new). We also want spot lights Installed into 3 bedrooms, hall way and bathroom. There is good access beneath the house and in the roof space.
