Install lights and other electrical repair work

Electrician is required to install lights and make other electrical repairs to an older 1911 house. List of tasks: Repair faulty power sockets x2 (bathroom and Power plug in bathroom Remove existing wall lights and replace with new fixtures x 8 Remove existing pendant lights and replace with new hanging kits and fixtures x 2 Replace existing wall list switch with modern switch x 3 Remove existing pendant light and replace with new fixture (no hanging kit required) x 2 Remove existing fixtures in basement x 2 (not being replaced) Check loose wires for electrical safety x 2 Fix security lights PIR sensors (currently not detecting movement, constantly "on) We have purchased all light fixtures and hanging kits, electrician would need to supply light switches x3 and possibly new IP 54 PIR sensors.
