Induction Cooktop Install/Wiring + Light fitting replacement

We need to swap our existing gas stove for a new induction stove we've bought - this will need new wiring from the switchboard - approximately 13m distance in a straight line. There is access to the ceiling space via the attic (we're aware this may be tricky). Additionally, we'd like to replace our existing hallway lighting with LED downlights which we will supply.
