Newtown apartment refresh

An empty apartment (only 60m2 and no tenant) and looking to have the following done: i. Approx 8x new double wall sockets ('hot points') installed in various rooms ii. Relocate main breaker board approx 1.5 meters (incoming mains cable has sufficient slack for movement. internal wiring circuits have unknown amounts of slack) iii. Perhaps replace main breaker board (depending on assessment of current one) iv. Make recommendations on improvements to electrical infrastructure, if any Note: carpets are being replaced so easy access to floors. plus non-load-bearing wall that currently hosts the main breaker board is probably going to be removed so we are happy for intrusive inspections to get estimates or accurate quotes.
