Power points and lighting in residential garage.

I have garage being re-gibbed and I need an electrician to take care of electrical work. I have done cable work for the new power points and lighting. I need an electrician to sight the cable work before the wall lining is installed. 3-4 weeks later to come back, install power points, lights, switches, liven the new circuits and certify. All accessories provided. Hourly rate work is preferred, must be reliable.
