I have several small electrical jobs needing to be done at a rental property in Ngaio: 1. replacement of 4 downlights in kitchen (light supplied, easy access to ceiling cavity) 2. checking rangehood which is not currently working 3. replacing a cracked switch panel by rangehood 4. checking whether inside sockets are all working / fixing any that are not working 5. checking the operation of outdoor lig --- sure the timer system works to turn garden lights on at night Ideally I would like the work done late in the week beginning 9 May or the following week (subject to arranging a suitable time with tenants).

While the work is at a rental property - so I haven't inspected what it looks like - the feedback from the tenants was that Steve was easy to deal with and knew what he was talking about.
