New oven and powerpoints needed

I'm in an apartment with a hideous oven/dishwasher/stovetop trio that I want taken out and a new oven installed. Apparently I need to get wiring checked to make sure new one can be installed, and I am not sure if current contraption (google "candy trio") needs a plumber to uninstall, or if any work needs to be done to put a new oven in. Also keen to get quote on some additional power points put into kitchen. Haven't purchased new oven yet as apparently need to know if current set up has right amps/voltage.
