Fit and wire up a new heated towel rail.

Important - I have a narrow window to get this work done. I need someone to do the work first thing Thursday this week (21st). Please only reply if you can do that date and time. I have a new heated towel rail I need fitted and wired. The job is in Hataitai. The rail is an Heirloom Loft 1220. Ideally I'd like it fitted with concealed wiring with the wired leg at the top of the rail. There is already power at this location (it's trickier to get it to the bottom leg). Heirloom have confirmed that it's OK to fit the rail 'upside down' if the wiring is concealed. Thanks, Matt
