Flats electrical

1] To put in a larger earth bar on the board and wire in a new stove in a flat. The previous electrician couldn't complete job, due to accident at another job. I am not sure what else is involved being a layman. 2] Check hardwired smoke detectors which have just started malfunctioning. These were installed in the flat 10+ years or so ago, possibly need replacing. 3] Link light and fan switches in bathroom so fan automatically goes on when light is turned on, and runs on for a few minutes, after light is turned off.
