Bathroom repairs

My main bathroom needs repainting (its current paint is flaking off) and the seal around the bath needs to be stripped and replaced. The wooden door may also need treating, it is damaged from dripping water. My ensuite shower room needs the seal around the base of the shower to be stripped and replaced. I'd also like to consider replacing the heated towel rail in the main bathroom with a larger one, and possibly adding some small shelves.
