We're getting our late 1980's house ready to sell, and need a few jobs done by an electrician. We're not looking to get quotes from several electricians, rather we just want to find someone local who can do a great job for a reasonable hourly rate. We would ideally like the work completed before March 14th. Jobs include: - lounge and study, install 4 new light fittings (supplied) - dining room, replace button light with new fitting (supplied) - bathroom, supply and replace two extractor/heatlamp fittings - outside, replace 3 light fittings (supplied) - check all other lights and power points work - replace any yellowed or broken covers - remove old alarm components, including sensors
