We are seeking a licenced electrician to rewire a 1930's era building (single storey). The switchboard probably needs replacing, and powerpoints need to be added to each room so that there is a minimum of 4 double powerpoints per room. Light fittings also need to be replaced. Rooms in the house: Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom (indoor), 1 laundry (outdoor), 1 bathroom (outdoor).

It was a complicated rewiring job, but I felt it could have been completed without some of the problems we faced. Twice we lost power to our fridge overnight. These problems were resolved within 2 days each time, but we were assured that this wouldn't happen. There were issues with the invoicing, twice the invoice was updated to take into account agreed work that was missed in earlier invoices. It was a complicated job, but it could have been completed better.
