wiring check and repairs

We have a rental in Khandallah- a 3 bed townhouse. The tenants have informed us that the lights in the front part of the house keep blowing bulbs, and a light switch buzzes on and off. We would like the bulbs, switch, wiring and fuse box etc. checked and repaired/replaced, whatever is needed. We also need 2 outdoor lights checked and repaired.
