Replace bathroom wall heaters

We currently have two bathrooms each with a wall heater. The wall heater model was recalled quite a while ago and we haven't been using. I have bought two new heaters which I would like installed. I believe that before the new wall heaters can be installed an isolating switch needs to be added. I would like someone to add an isolating switch to each bathroom (assuming this is required) and to install the new wall heaters. I have added a few photos. A photo of the first bathroom where I have removed the old wall heater. a photo of the second bathroom with the old heater still on the wall, and a photo of one of the new heaters to be installed.
