Domestic electrical mod/ install in garage

Good afternoon. I am after an electrician to install a new wall plug point and light control switch in my garage. I have walled off a section of the garage to use as a storage room and have yet to GIB or insulate both sides of the wall so access is easy. There is an existing fluro light in the area of the new room which I would like repositioned ( controlled by a separate existing switch in the garage), and If code allows, a different light fitting installed in the room.
