Install plug sockets beside bed, and on other side of same wall.

I would like to install 4 double outlets in my wall, which is the top floor of an apartment building. There is roof access. Apart from a light switch, there is no electrical in this wall currently. I would like them on each side of the bed, then mirrored on the other side of the wall as well.
