Stove top replacement - supply stove and install

Hoping to get a stove top replaced for a rental property. Current ceramic stove top is misbehaving and needs to be replaced (not looking to repair). Job includes: - supply and install 2nd hand stove, either ceramic or induction - very likely need to widen the counter to accommodate the stovetop (we tried to replace before but the current cutout is a little bit smaller) - if possible, the rangehood lights needs fixing (rangehood still working and have tried to replace the bulbs but still not working) Hope that all makes sense. Looking forward to any offers for this job. PS. Possibly also looking to replace the dishwasher.
