Need to install a tv mount on the wall but want to pass the cables behind the wall. Also need to install 2 heated towel rails with direct wiring

Original job quoted was to hide tv cables completely behind the wall. This could not be done so we agreed on using a cable track instead, which was a bit of a disappointment. Job got done, but little attention to detail from the employees. They had to come back a tidy up some of the rough finishes and fix a towel rail switch. There was damaged to a window frame that we addressed, owner said they would try and get someone to repair but this never happened.
