Oven + stove top install and fixing bathroom light

I also have a flickering light in the bathroom, it’s like a heater and light type of thing. We might also look at putting in another power point in the kitchen. Outdoor Spa pool power supply

The outdoor power outlet, which is supposed to be safe for spa pool, is visibly burnt on the plastic housing, as well as the spa pool plug. Please see the photos. Hope someone could help fix the problem and make sure it operates safely. A bit of history: the circuit breaker jumped every time when the spa pool is running on full load.
