Hi, Looking for someone who can quote me for replacing two down recess (I think that's what they're called) the lights are wired in, rather than just popping them down and unclipping and replacing bulb/light. In addition to this, we have 2 Serene bathroom wall heaters that we're looking to replace with a similar heater but one that's upto safety standards. These heaters are wired in and functional via the bathroom switch on the wall.
