Additional electrical points for new kitchenette

1. Installation of 5 new electrical points for new kitchenette ( 3 in kitchenette and 2 on other side of distribution box wall. All points are quite close (2-3m) from distribution box. 2. Installation of rangehood 3. Installation of exhaust fan in bathroom.

Outdoor powerpoint in patio area

Fix Down lights - Lay lan cable with socket

1) 2x downlights LEDs stopped working at home, not sure if its the LEDs or the transformers that are blown out. 2) I have my internet fiber connection terminating in the Garage and I need a cable from Garage to my home office for getting higher speed. Roughly 30meter of cable would be required and wall socket for RJ45.
