Microwave and Oven Triggers Circuit Breaker

When operating microwave or baking oven, the circuit breaker is triggered and power is cut off from the switch. Microwave was working all this time with this issue creeping up suddenly. Baking Oven has never worked due to this issue.

Scorched Heat Lamp

Hi, I have a extractor fan in my bathroom with light, vent and heat lamp all in one. Everything works - lights, vent but not the heat lamp. I removed it yesterday to buy a new lamp but I noticed it was scorched on one side of the bulb, same as the connection. I have attached pictures.

Small kiln won't turn on

Need an electrician to install 2 sets of kitchen spot lights which have been removed/taken off by the tenant. So I am just after an economical option.
