Upgrading and new plugs

Wanting to upgrade some of our powerpoints to accomodate networking, charging and simple plugs. Wanting some of them to be able to connect to modem without need for external cables. Looking to be prepared for rollout of fibre. Need someone who is up to date with modern installations, open to and keen for advice.

New Kitchen - Electricial

Bathroom fan vent repair

I have a property that has a bathroom fan vent that has had birds enter from the outside of the property and nest – they have damaged the foil venting so we need this replaced. Also we will then require a new grid to be installed on the outside of the property to stop the birds from entering again – perhaps something can be done on the inside of the property – perhaps some additional gridding placed over the existing one? - rather then the outside as this is a 2 story house and accessing the...

Heat Mover Wiring

We are looking at purchasing an Aerlite Heat Mover two or three room kit for my house. Hubby will install everything including the fan, ducts, intake and room vents but we need the fan and the thermostat hooked up to the power. There is a suitable location for the thermostat in the hallway just above the controls for the DVS. There is plenty of space in the roof cavity for moving about in. We would like a rough idea of what this might cost before proceeding with purchasing the kit.

Hi, we have recently moved in to a new place and need about 5 light switch covers replaced. A few have been painted on or are loose and we just want to make sure they are fitted on properly. This would probably be a very quick job. If an approximate quote could be given that would be great. They are standard light switch covers, with two or three switches on each one. Thank you!

1970's house needing rewiring. We are about to start renovations on our 3 bedroom, 1 x lounge, 1 x kitchen/dining/house. Have no idea how bad it is, don't think anything has been done since the 70's :-) the circuit board is still on the outside of the house. House is approx 130sq meters.
