Power points lost power

All power points in the kitchen stopped working. Tenant reported fuse box cracking sound before the power point lost power. Checked the fuse and tightened the connection but didn't help much. The house is about 40 years old and the fuse and electrical system are the original system.

I have a few jobs that i want a quote for; 1. Change kitchen and dining outdated hanging lights x2, to new hanging lights x2 that i have already bought. 2. Fix an outdoor switch that turns on a gas heated water system - that is connected to the sleepout. At the moment the switch doesn't work...I'm assuming the outdoor elements got into it. 3. Add a power-point in the hall way 4. fix outdoor security lights that don't work on the timer..... the lights may even need to be replaced??

Electrical Switchboard repair

Our Unit has no hot water. The person from Vector went around to inspect and advised our tenant that the fuse switch on the outside switchboard had blown and we would require an electrician to fix it. I'm not sure if this is basically just change a fuse or something a bit more serious however would like an electrician to assess the problem and fix it. Obviously because it has affected the hot water i would like to get this fixed as soon as possible

Outdoor power point installation

Master bedroom new power points and fuse box check

Renovating master bedroom. Room currently only has one single plug. Looking to check wiring and fuse board and if possible install new power points (1 existing plug, wanting 3/4 double plugs). Work to be completed in February when old gib is removed and prior to new gib being put up. Happy for weekend work.
