Replace LED bulb/light fitting with non LED reflector bulb

I've got 4 light fittings in the lounge with a dimmer - 3 with regular reflector bulbs and one annoyingly bright LED bulb. I want the LED bulb replaced to match the other 3 bulbs, the dimmer currently only works on the 3 bulbs, the light fitting might possibly need some work. I've attached pictures of both the regular bulb and the LED bulb for your reference.
