Communication was great — super clear and easy to deal with. He explained what was going on, fixed it all within an hour, and gave some helpful tips to stop it happening again. Jordan was incredibly easy to deal with and quoted the job promptly. He was also happy to help with a couple of additional requests we had. We're very happy with Jordan's work and will definitely call on him for any electrical work we have in the future!
