The extractor fan has ceased to operate. It is not an old fan - perhaps 5 years. So could be a loose wire or a complete replacement. The fan is located in the ceiling - so could be a confined space job. I'm getting past crawling through the ceiling. Access is via a ladder in a bedroom.
