We are building a warehouse at the rear of our property and need a 230A supply (probably 3 phase) which will be about 70m, plus switchboard, power outlets and lighting. I don't know if you deal in ventilation but we are interested in smooth air fabric ducting. Pole fuse at the end of the driveway. I would also like the existing power supply and fibre under grounded as I work from home and the overhead wires will one day snag on a truck. The new supply will require metering. Floor plan can be provided with proposed layout of shelving/racks. Each row of rack will probably need to be on separate phases. There are only two windows. My assumptions so far on power needs; 1. Each row has 32 lights@ 600W actual power = 32x3x( --- A 2. Pump station will include; pressure pump, nutrient mixer, CPU controller, fertigation, ventilation = 20A 3. Office power = 10A 4. General lighting plus two outdoor sensor lights= 15A 5. Total amps 225A which I rounded to 230A.
