Connect house to power

I require a quote to connect a relocated house to the grid, in Morrinsville. the cable has been laid down the ROW by a previous owner (who was an electrician) but is too short so needs to be joined underground. Approx. 5m of additional cable required. I will dig & fill in the trench, and re route existing cable to correct position from gate to house. The house has recently been re-wired, currently serviced by overhead lines. I am happy to remove weatherboards if required to run the cable in the wall to the meter box. My brother will be wiring the garage ( he has limited electrical registration for his job), I will require this work to be signed off and the board wired up with the house connection.
